DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
I require a 30% deposit to confirm our date which can be paid via BEEM or Bank Transfer
This allows me peace of mind and to fully enjoy the process of getting ready for you without hesitation

Any amount sent to me without prior knowledge will be accepted as a gift. If wanting to send additional funds please only do so once confirmed by me to ensure it can go towards our date

Deposits are non-refundable but I of course understand things can come up, if needing to cancel please let me know, no less than 48 hours, so we can reschedule with your deposit within 2 weeks. If less than 48 hours notice is given unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited. Any pre-paid in full dates are valid for 7 days (of course illness/emergencies will be exempt)

Please let me know of any delays ASAP so I can plan on my side. If 10 minutes passes after our date was due to start and I havnt heard from you then I will assume something has come up and our date will be cancelled

If cancelling a tour date please be advised that as tours are subject to prebookings a cancellation fee of $100 per hour will apply in addition to deposit. Your understanding is much appreciated x

If on the rare occasion I need to cancel you will have the option of rescheduling or a full refund of your deposit. Please note; I dont return via Bank Transfer
Gift Card deposits are non-transferable to another date
